The “Add New Card” option in the Cleanly Gift Cards Addon allows you to create customized gift cards that customers can receive and use as discount coupons.
1. Open the Add New Gift Card Window
To begin, navigate to:
Sidebar → Gift Cards
Then click the blue button on the top-right corner:
+ Add New Card
This will open the Add New Gift Card popup window (as shown in the screenshot).
2. Fill in Gift Card Details
🔹 Title
Enter a unique title for the gift card.
Example: Black Friday Special Offer, New Customer Gift, Birthday Discount, etc.
This title will be displayed on the card preview.
🔹 Select Coupon
Choose an existing Cleanly discounts coupon from the dropdown list.
This coupon will be attached to the gift card and used during booking.
If you haven’t created a coupon yet, create one from:
Cleanly → Discounts → Coupons
3. Share Data Section
This section allows you to add the content that will appear when sharing/previewing the gift card.
🔹 Content
Write the description or message customers will see.
Examples:
- Enjoy this special discount!
- Use this gift card to save on your next booking.
- Thank you for being our valued customer!
🔹 Hashtag
Enter hashtags you want to display or store with the gift card.
Example:#blackfriday #specialgift #discountcode
🔹 Image URL
Paste a direct URL of the card image.
This image will be used when the card is shared with users.
Supported image types: JPG, PNG, WebP, etc.
4. Save the Gift Card
Once all fields are filled, click:
Add New
Your new gift card will be added instantly and shown on the main Gift Cards page.
