The Date & Time section allows users to select appointment dates and available time slots. This section includes several configuration options that control how booking dates and times are presented and restricted.
🔹 Section Settings
- Disable Section
Enable or disable the entire Date & Time section from the booking form.- On: Hides this step from the form
- Off: Shows the step on the form
- Title
Set the main title for this section.
Example: “Choose hours and dates” - Sub Title
A short message to guide the customer.
Example: “When do you like to start?” - Tab Title (Multi-Step)
Title shown when the form is in multi-step format.
Example: “Date”
⏰ Setup Time Slots
- Input Type
Choose how the time slots will be displayed.
Example: Box, Dropdown - Start Time
Set the earliest time to start showing in the time slot list.
Example: 12:00 am - Add Time Slots
Add specific available time slots for appointments.
Example:- 7:00 am
- 9:00 am
- 11:00 am
- 1:00 pm
- 3:00 pm
- 5:00 pm
- 7:00 pm
- 9:00 pm
You can add more slots or remove any slot using the (+) and (X) buttons.
🔁 Time Settings
- Allow Multi-Time Booking
Allow customers to book multiple time slots at once. - First Appointment Date
Enable this to set today’s date as the default first appointment date. - Limit of Days
Set how many days into the future customers can book.
Example: 15 days
📆 End Schedule Date Settings
- Display As
Choose how the end date field should appear:Display & RequiredOptionalDo Not Display
- Limit of End Days
Define how far into the future the end date can be selected from the first appointment date.
Example: 90 days
🚫 Disable Time Settings
- Disable Today Booking
Enable to prevent customers from booking on the current day. - Weekends
Select specific days (e.g., Saturday, Sunday) to disable recurring bookings each week. - Disable Booking (Specific Dates)
Manually select calendar dates where bookings should be blocked. - Display Advance Search Box
Enable this to allow customers to use a search box for finding advanced date/time slots.
