This section controls how customer contact and billing information is collected during the booking process. You can choose which fields appear on the form and whether to collect billing data or automatically create accounts.
🧾 Customer Information Settings
📝 Title
- This is the main heading of the contact section.
- Example: “Personal and contact”
- ⚠️ Avoid using special characters like
&.
🧑💼 Sub title
- A brief explanation under the title.
- Example: “Provide your valid personal details”
📇 Contact Information
This area lets you configure what contact details you want from your customers.
📍 Contact title
- Shown as a heading before the input fields.
- Example: “Provide your contact details”
🔤 Name Fields
- First Name – Label for the customer’s first name.
- Last Name – Label for the customer’s last name.
- Label for the email input field.
- Example: “Email address”
📞 Additional Fields
You can enable/disable and customize additional fields, including:
- Phone
- Address
- City
- State
- Zip
Use the + Add button to include more fields or click the X to remove a field.
🌍 Business Country
- Use this dropdown to limit service availability by country.
- All = service available globally.
- Choose a specific country to restrict bookings.
🗺 Available State
- After selecting a country, this allows you to choose the states/regions you want to accept bookings from.
- Refresh the page after selecting the country to populate state options.
🧾 Billing Information
💳 Enable Billing Section
- ON/OFF toggle
- If ON, a billing section will appear on the booking form for the customer to fill in.
🧾 Billing title
- Title shown above the billing section.
- Example: “Provide your billing details”
🧾 Billing Fields
Just like contact info, you can configure:
- Name
- Address
- City
- State
- Zip
Click + Add to include more fields, or the red X to remove them.
👥 Customer Account Settings
🚫 Disable Auto Account Creation
- ON/OFF toggle
- If OFF, an account will be created automatically when a customer books.
- If ON, account creation will be disabled, and the customer will book without being registered.
🔘 Bottom Buttons
- Reset All Options – Revert everything to default values.
- Save All Changes – Save your configuration after making changes.
