This section lets you enable, manage, and customize customer reviews and staff ratings throughout your booking site.
✅ Enable Reviews
- Toggle: On/Off
- When enabled, a review form appears in the customer dashboard after booking completion.
🧩 Showcase Reviews (Shortcodes)
Use these shortcodes to display reviews anywhere (pages, posts, widgets, etc.):
- Showcase Review Form plaintextCopyEdit
[cleanly_reviews formid="0" staffid="0" design="design1" overview="yes"]- Displays the review form and existing reviews for a staff/service.
- Staff Overview Review plaintextCopyEdit

✏️ Review Settings
| Option | Description |

| Headline text | The custom title shown on the review form (e.g., “Give rating and share your experience”). |
| Review out of | Set the maximum review score (e.g., 5 for a 1–5 star rating). |
| Disable review title (form) | Hides the review title input field on the review submission form. |
🎛 Display Settings

| Disable reviewer info | Hides reviewer name, email, or identity from public reviews. |
| Disable review title (showcase) | Hides the review title when displaying reviews publicly. |
| Disable ratings | Hides the star/score rating entirely from showcases. |
| Display staff overview | Shows staff ratings and average score on the staff profile page. |
