Calendar Booking

The Cleanly Calendar provides a visual representation of your scheduled bookings, allowing you to easily view appointments by month, week, or day. This helps in managing your schedule and understanding your availability at a glance.

Accessing the Calendar Section

1. From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Cleanly.
2. Click on Calendar.

Overview of the Calendar Page

The Calendar page displays a traditional calendar view where each day shows the number of bookings scheduled for that date.

Filtering Calendar View

You can filter the calendar view to focus on specific branches or time periods.

• Branch Filter:
  • Use the “Branch:” dropdown menu located at the top right of the calendar.
  • Select “All” to view bookings from all branches, or choose a specific branch to see only its appointments.
• Time Period Navigation:
  • Month Navigation: Use the left (<) and right (>) arrow icons next to “This Month” to navigate to the previous or next month, respectively.
  • Current Period Display: “This Month” indicates the currently displayed month.
  • View Toggle Buttons:
    • Month: Click this button to display the full month view (as shown in the image). This is the default view.
    • Week: Click this button to switch to a weekly view, showing appointments for the current week.
    • Day: Click this button to switch to a daily view, showing appointments for a specific day.

Calendar Display

• The calendar grid displays days of the week across the top (e.g., Tuesday, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon).
• Each cell represents a day of the month.
• If bookings are scheduled, they will typically appear within the corresponding day’s cell, often indicating the number of bookings or a summarized event.
