Form Settings

This section lets you customize the booking form’s core titles, tax behavior, service fees, and booking limits. These settings help shape how your customers see the booking form and how pricing is calculated.

📝 Form Title Settings

🔤 Form Title

Purpose: Sets the main heading of the booking form.
Default Example: “Book your cleaning”
Tip: Use clear, friendly text. Avoid special characters (!@#$%^&*()).
Customer View: Displayed at the top of the booking form.

🧾 Form Sub Title

Purpose: A short explanation or promotional message shown under the title.
Default Example: “It’s time to book our cleaning service for you!”
Tip: This helps customers quickly understand the purpose of the form.

💰 Tax Settings

Use this to enable and customize tax on booking totals.

🚫 Disable Tax (ON/OFF)

If ON, tax won’t be calculated.
If OFF, tax will be included in the final price.

🏷️ Tax Title

Example: “VAT and Tax”
Displayed next to the tax amount in the summary or invoice.

📊 Types

Options:
- Percentage (%) – Adds a percentage on the total.
- Flat Rate – Adds a fixed amount, regardless of service price.

🔢 Amount

Sets the tax amount based on selected type.
- If Percentage: Enter value like 10 (10%).
- If Flat Rate: Enter fixed number like 50.
Important: Cannot be left blank.

✅ Use Case Example:

If you set 20% VAT, then a $100 booking will display $120 total including tax.

💸 Service Fees

Used to add extra fees like handling charges or admin costs.

🔘 Enable Service Fees (ON/OFF)

If ON, the system will add a fixed service fee.

🏷️ Title

Example: “Service Fees”
Appears alongside the total or in the booking summary.

💵 Amount

This is a flat rate that will be added to the total booking price.
Example: Setting 10 adds $10 to all bookings.

📅 Daily Booking Settings

This setting limits the number of bookings allowed per day.

🔘 Enable (ON/OFF)

If OFF, unlimited bookings are allowed daily.
If ON, a daily limit will be enforced.

🔢 Limit

Enter the number of bookings allowed per day.
0 means unlimited bookings.
