The Discounts feature in Cleanly allows you to offer coupon-based discounts to customers during the booking process. This helps increase conversions, reward loyal customers, and run promotional campaigns easily.
Where to Find Discount Settings
From your WordPress dashboard, go to:
Cleanly → Settings → Discounts
Here you can enable or disable discounts and manage coupon options.
Discount Settings Overview
1. Enable Discounts
This option allows you to turn the discount feature on or off.
- OFF: Discount and coupon options will not appear in the booking form.
- ON: Customers will see a discount/coupon option during booking.
Use this option when you want to temporarily stop offering discounts without deleting coupons.
2. Tab Title (Multi-step Form)
This field lets you customize the name of the discount step in the multi-step booking form.
- Default value:
Discount - You can change it to something like:
- Coupon
- Promo Code
- Special Offer
⚠️ Note:
Do not use special characters such as &.
3. Coupon Section
The Coupon section is where you manage all discount coupons.
Existing Coupons
- Each coupon is listed by name (for example: Special coupon)
- You can:
- Click the coupon to edit its settings
- Remove it using the delete (❌) icon
Add New Coupon
- Click the + Add button to create a new coupon
- You can define:
- Coupon code
- Discount type
- Discount value
- Usage rules (based on your setup)
Save Changes
After making any changes:
- Click Save All Changes (top or bottom of the page)
- Your discount settings will be applied immediately to the booking form
